Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule a booking please contact me directly at malric.vesper@orderofthefourkeys.com.
All bookings are final, however in certain extenuating circumstances we may offer refunds for services booked.
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before will be subject to a £10 fee. Cancellations made 12 hours before your booking will be subjected to a 50% fee. No shows will be charged 50% of the service fee.
