1. Overview

Due to the nature of spiritual services, ritual work, digital downloads, and consultation-based offerings, all sales are final and non-refundable.
By purchasing any service, product, consultation, or ritual, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Ritual and ceremonial magick services

  • Tarot readings

  • Astrology-based services

  • Consultations and spiritual guidance sessions

  • High-end or bespoke client work

  • Digital downloads (PDFs, guides, lessons, instructions, etc.)

  • Courses and workshops

  • Pre-recorded content or replay access

  • Bundles, packages, and subscriptions

These services involve time, energetic preparation, intellectual property, and irreversible delivery.

3. Rescheduling Policy

 

If you cannot attend your booked session or consultation:

Rescheduling is offered as the first option.

 

You must contact us at malric.vesper@orderofthefourkeys.com at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.

  • Rescheduling is offered once per purchase.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability

  • Failure to attend a session without notice will be marked as a no-show, and no reschedule will be provided

 

Custom rituals, long-form ceremonial work, or multi-day preparations cannot be rescheduled once work has started, but you may request a new date for follow-up calls if included.

4. If We Need to Cancel

In the rare event that we must cancel a service, you will be given the option to:

  • Reschedule, or

  • Receive a full refund

Refunds will only be issued when the cancellation is initiated by Order of The Four Keys, not by the client.

5. Digital Products

 

All digital products are delivered instantly or within a short timeframe.
Because they are immediately accessible and cannot be “returned”, no refunds are available for:

  • PDFs

  • Guides

  • Ritual instructions

  • Course materials

  • Downloadable content

  • Pre-recorded workshops

This is standard for digital goods under UK and EU law once delivery has begun.

6. Ritual Work Disclaimer (Refund Clause)

Rituals, spellwork, and spiritual services are based on esoteric traditions and personal spiritual practice.
Because outcomes vary and cannot be guaranteed:

  • No refunds will be issued for perceived lack of results

  • No refunds will be given for changes in personal belief or expectation

  • No refunds will be granted if the client chooses not to continue after booking

All ritual work requires time, materials, preparation, and spiritual effort that cannot be undone.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

 

We may, at our sole discretion, offer:

  • a reschedule,

  • credit towards another service,

but this is not guaranteed and is considered case-by-case.

8. Fraud Prevention & Chargebacks

 

All payment disputes or chargebacks filed without contacting us first will be treated as fraudulent.
We reserve the right to:

  • Provide evidence of service delivery

  • Pursue recovery of damages

  • Deny future services
